📦 Orders & Shipping
How do I track my order? +
Log in to your account and go to My Account → Orders. You will find real-time tracking information for all your orders. A tracking email is also sent once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout — no coupon required. Express delivery is available at an additional cost.
How long does shipping take? +
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are processed the same day. You will receive a tracking email once dispatched.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, we ship to 120+ countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at maggiequeen168@gmail.com with your order number.
🔄 Returns & Quality
What is your return policy? +
MAGGIEQUEEN operates a no-return policy as a general rule. All sales are final unless the item has a genuine quality defect. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection.
What if my product has a quality issue? +
For genuine quality defects, please email maggiequeen168@gmail.com with: (1) Proof of purchase, (2) Clear photos or video of the defect, (3) Written description of the issue. Our team will review within 3–5 business days and contact you with the appropriate resolution.
Are your products authentic and high quality? +
Absolutely. Every MAGGIEQUEEN product passes our rigorous 3-step quality inspection before reaching you. We personally curate each item and guarantee the quality of everything we sell.
👑 MQ Reward Program
How does the MQ Reward program work? +
Earn 1 point per $1 spent. Reach Gold tier at $1,000 annual spend (1.5x points) and Platinum at $3,000 (2x points). Every 300 points = $1 discount. Minimum 300 points to redeem.
What happens if I don't maintain my tier? +
If your annual spend falls below the tier threshold, you will be notified 1 month in advance via email, giving you the opportunity to maintain your status before year-end.
Is the MQ Reward membership free? +
Yes! Pearl membership is completely free to join. Simply create an account to start earning points immediately. Gold and Platinum tiers are unlocked automatically based on your annual spending.

How do I join the B2B wholesale program? +
Fill out our B2B Inquiry form with your business details or email maggiequeen168@gmail.com. Our team responds within 24–48 hours with wholesale pricing and terms.
How do I contact customer support? +
