By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a written order confirmation from us. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments — we do not store your payment card details.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. MAGGIEQUEEN is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
05 · Returns and Warranty
All returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Products are covered by the original manufacturer's 6-month warranty. MAGGIEQUEEN does not provide any additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
06 · Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAGGIEQUEEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
